N° 01 — The work
Concept & inspiration
The line of blue weed and orange rope left on the sand at Porthgwidden.
Visual language
A cool field interrupted by one hot stripe; the eye always comes back to it.
Medium & technique
Cold wax mixed into the oil and scraped back, so earlier layers show through.
Ideal display
Small enough for a shelf or a narrow wall; it rewards looking up close.
